Bonnie’s Answer

Collaboration is key in the Technology industry and companies are anxious to work people exactly like you. I recommend Udacity’s free online courses. See what path you’re interested in taking. I did and my Nanodegree helped me in my current job. I work with people all over the world including India. Good luck!

Walter’s Answer

Talkative maybe the product manager is better because it needs communication more. The program needs independent thought a lot, maybe no talking with other people in a while, and still feel good.

Dedeepya, focus on your strengths. Many programmers are shy and introverted, so you being talkative provides something new and different. Software team leads, consultants, and trainers all need speaking skills. I recommend you take on-line Myers-Briggs personality exam. This will result in one of 16 different personality types (mine is ENFP). From this, you can find the best fit for different job types that match what your core strengths are.

Aun’s Answer

Hi there. You seem a perfect fit for software development/engineering! I'm not sure if you'll be able to move to the US, but if you can, it's certainly worth trying to prepare for interviews at FAANG (data structures and algorithms on leetcode), as well as using freecodecamp for learning Web development (which I'm sure you already have a good foundation in). I'm an aspiring sophomore looking to eventually land a job at SV too (hopefully by getting a software engineering degree at Waterloo). Good luck in your future endeavors, and I wish you all the best!!

Aun recommends the following next steps:

check out https://leetcode.com/ to practice preparing for interviews
Use websites such as https://www.freecodecamp.org/ to learn web development, and gain a better understanding of whether yo like it or not
