What does the normal routine of a neonatal nurse consist of ? How was the COVID-19 impacted medical facilites, for example what are the work days looking like?

I'm very interested into going into a work field where I get to work with children and also care for them, more specifically newborns. #medicine #medical #nurse #nursing #healthcare

Every person reacts to everything in a different way and as long as you’re following your company‘s policy they are all acceptable. In order to be a nurse you have to know your own personality is on physical strength And your capacity to be able to do hard physical and emotional work daily. As far as Corona is concerned my friends who are doctors tell me that if you could avoid the hospital and keep yourselfCovered with a mask and gloves that is essential

Every day is different. NICU babies are completing their gestational development in an unnatural environment. They rely on all of us to mimic the uterine environment as best we can. This means following their cues, minimize handling and encourage/support parental interaction with their baby. This is a very rewarding yet challenging career. You will need a lot of patience and flexibility.
