An artist is one who creates art.


Explore different mediums to discover what you like and want to try. You can easily start with pencil and paper. Make a small drawing every day to practice. Look for classes in school that will introduce you to the art world.


I knew I wanted to be part of the art world at age 13. I received a set of colored pencils as a gift and started drawing immediately. I know am pursuing a career as an art teacher, so I can share my passion of creating.
