Do dual credit classes count for med school application GPA? I'm doing bad in one in high school...

Yes, they count in the GPA that you put on the application.

The class will affect your gpa. However, one bad class won’t make much of a difference especially since you haven’t even started college. Just make sure to try your best in all of your classes from now until you graduate college to maintain a good gpa. Also at the end of the day gpa is not all medical schools look at.

One bad class will not matter much. Research experience, MCAT, extracurricular activities, and volunteer works and shadowing are also important.
