Hi Amy,

Nursing and other jobs in the medical field are in high demands these, so you have a pretty good chance of landing a full time job after college! I used to recruit for a healthcare staffing agency, and we hired a lot of part time nurses for flu and wellness clinics for those who are waiting for a permanent placement or if you want to pick up extra hours outside the three 12 hour shifts at hospitals. You may also want to network with your rotations to see if they're looking to hire entry level staff in the near future so you can secure the spot prior to graduation. Hope this helps! Thank you for choosing this field and for all the work and lives you will touch upon when you start working, best of luck with your employment search after college!
