Is there anyone with aquaponics experience?
I have have quite a bit of experience with aquaponics systems, and I am interested to see what people with professional experience think. Is it worth it? How big are your operations?

Hi Nadia - The Berkshire County House of Corrections in Pittsfield has an aquaponics lab. You could reach out to them to see if they can set you up with a tour - https://bcsoma.org/our-facilities/ - the email to contact them is at the top of their webpage.

As I am not in the aquaponics sector, I would recommend finding out industry insights through associations and research/teaching institutions. Research publications or niche media that may cover the industry in details.
Northeastern University may have some industry entrepreneurs coming out their programs, take a look at those linkages in your region in Massachusetts.
Check out Aquaponics Association (perhaps their conferences feature leading companies that you could further research): https://aquaponicsassociation.org/
A few years ago, I attended a few presentations that focused on aquaponics innovations at the individual and start-up level and there are many emerging hubs, including New York, California and international locations, that consider aquaponics to be a sustainable long-term element of building environments, food supply chains and broader ecosystems.
Stay well,
Natasha

Thank you Natasha for the advice! I have come across the Aquaponics Association before in research I did for an independent study. Fortunately, I just received a grant which will allow me to take a class from Nelson and Pade, a popular name in Aquaponics. Anyhow, I appreciate your search for the resources.
