How do I go about looking for companies that would be willing to help pay for my schooling in exchange for working for them?

I am a physical therapy student looking to get her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Graduate school is expensive and I have heard of companies who are willing to help students pay their debts to have them work for their company. #therapy #physical

Talk with the school financial aid officer to start with. Search apta.org the website of the American Physical Therapy Association and feel free to call for more information. In New York City, where I went to school, the Department of Education would pay for PT school in exchange for two years of work for them. Several years ago there was an effort to get PT school covered if the student promised to work in an under served area, possibly a rural location or on an Indian reservation. You could check into that. These are federal, state and city options. I don't know anything about what companies offer.
Be sure you understand such an agreement before you enter into it. Look at your options in the long term. These options can be very helpful.
