Honestly, I have struggled with math and chemistry while in college. While Khan academy is good, I recommend getting in person tutoring. Also, find YouTube videos of math tutors and instructors that you personally like or feel like they explain concepts in a way you can better understand. I've done this and gone from a D in calculus to B since I'm a visual learner. Also, it's very important to do practice problems and practice the concepts you learn. Hope this helps and good luckto you.
Update: I just checked it out and there are several videos that have tutors/instructors that teach in Telugu. I've only looked up a few instructions, so you should go a bit further and see if there is any other instruction in Telugu in the areas that you need help in.

Understanding the concept before solving any problem is important. If you have difficulty in understanding the concept, you should ask your teacher to go over the concept once again for you, till you understand it or look for online help.
Once you understand the concept, make sure you practice the problems. Start with the easy ones and gradually move towards solving the more difficult ones.

I suggest you check in your community to find volunteers who teach math. In my community we have an adult literacy council that has math tutors. You have to be 18 to have a tutor from that organization. We also have a Learning Resource Center that has volunteer tutors. Your instructors might be able to direct you to some volunteer tutors.

In order to get better at Mathematics or anything for that matter, practice is the main focus point.
1. Make sure you prepare a schedule for studying Maths everyday.
2.Stick to your schedule.
3.Prepare a list of topics
4.Categorize according to difficulty
5.Solve more problems from the difficult topics compared to the easier ones.
6. Follow this routine religiously.

Hi JS, I don't know of any specific academies or schools that specifically work with Telugu people or the Telugu language. A math tutor sounds like what you may need. Web sites and videos are OK - but many students need a more "hands-on" approach. Check with any local colleges/universities to see if they can recommend a good math tutor. There are also business that offer tutoring services such as Sylvan Learning Centers and a business called "Mathnaseum". There is also a website called "University Tutor" where private math tutors advertise their services. So you can look for someone who specifically tutors the content you need (Algebra, Calculus, Geometry, etc.) . Some of the tutors will teach you in person and some offer online tutoring. And there seems to be quite a few math tutors listed in the Providence, Rhode Island area. Here's their web address: http://providence.universitytutor.com/1/providence_tutoring
Best of luck to you.
