Great time management and the desire and ability to continue to learn as your career goes on. Not only is there new information that comes up all the time, but you will not know EVERYTHING out of nursing school. You will learn SO MUCH over the course of your career, especially in the first year. Those are 2 extremely important aspects that every nurse MUST have.
