Hi Caprice,
Colleges normally do not cover study abroad expenses, but if you are planning ahead you can most likely find scholarships and grants which could cover part of your costs. I would recommend setting up an appointment with the Study Abroad office at your school so that you can get estimates for the cost of the trip, as well as any local and national scholarships and grants which you could apply for.
Best of luck.

Some schools have relationships with universities abroad or even their own campus in other countries, which means you can study abroad for equivalent fees as a regular semester at home. I attended a large university that had connections with schools across Europe, so I paid my regular tuition for the semester I spent in London. Finances should not keep you from this wonderful experience - talk to your Student Advisor or make an appointment with a Study Abroad contact at your school if you want to learn more!
