Hi Adaeze! Definitely! Go to your financial aid office to get information on available scholarships. Also check with your local and state politicians for their their scholarships.

Yes. Every scholarship has their own requirements. LSU Austin alumni has scholarship for returning students.

Yes, you can still apply for scholarships while in school. Some scholarships are even catered to 2nd/3rd/4th year students. It depends on the scholarship, not all scholarships have the same requirement. A great place to look to apply for scholarships while in school, is within your department/major at school; they usually have scholarships catered in the field you are studying. In my past experience, I found that these scholarships were easier to obtain because the pool of applicants were a lot smaller.
