I loved college. It's more flexible than high school by giving you the ability to plan out a schedule of classes that best suits your needs. College classes are not necessarily back-to-back, so you have more time to study or complete assignments between classes. Also, you don't need a hall pass or special permission to use the restroom while class is in session. You are an adult now, so they treat you like one.
If you are worried about adjusting to the college lifestyle, I would suggest continuing to live at home while pursuing a bachelor degree (at least for your freshman year). I found that I could dedicate more time and effort to my classes when I lived at home. I also saved a lot of money.

I was unsure of going away and leaving my friends and family; therefore I went to a community college for two years received my associate’s degree and then went on for my bachelor's degree. I do regret not going away and living in a dorm; however, the upside was I saved money and received a great education.
