You need four years of college to earn a BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing). You also need to take the NCLEX exam to become a RN (registered nurse).

My apologies. I did not realize you needed more direction and guidance. I am on vacation, but I wanted to offer you advise in a timely fashion. I'll be happy to help after August 1 or perhaps you would be better served by another advisor. That is fine. Basically, you need a solid Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program to start. The best programs tend to be competitive, so I suggest you learn about the requirements for admissions to the specific nursing programs at each university or college that you are interested in. I wish you well!
