Hi! I am an event planner and one of the things that i love about my job is creating an engaging/interactive experience to our customers. There is room to bring in your creativity and seeing if it worked well or what minor tweaks need to be added. I also travel within my role to various conferences and to new cities that I havent visited yet. This allows me to see what other companies/marketers are doing for their events and seeing what was successful.

I love many different aspects of the current internship that I have, but I would say that my biggest love is being encouraged to solve problems in unconventional ways that may result in failure. I am actively encouraged to make mistakes and learn from them, which is something that is incredibly valuable. I would highly recommend that anyone look for opportunities that promote learning, rather than pumping out a product, as it will allow you to get better in the long run, which will only yield better results as you continue through your career.
Another love that I have is the culture that has been developed. Everyone in my team is incredibly encouraging and helpful, while also willing to take time to teach me any concepts that I may not know. Look for a team that is nurturing and willing to help you expand your knowledge, and always be willing to do the same for those around you.

I love that my job allows me to resolve the technical queries that my customer have as well as emotionally connect to my customer.
During this Tough time , where inter-person connection is greatly reduced, any opportunity to address and acknowledge their issues is genuinely appreciated by our customer.
I love the smile that I bring on the customer’s face.
Regards,
Pranab

Hello! I work in emergency management as a planner. What I love about my job is that I get to engage so many different people from around the world. I have always enjoyed writing and organizing so this job has been perfect. I get to write daily plans that are used for every day business as well as emergency and crisis plans that are used in times of uncertainty. Sometimes it almost feels like you are putting a puzzle together and ensuring that everything fits until you see that final picture.
Secondly, I also work with an amazing group of professionals that are very encouraging and supportive. The culture within my company is excellent. While my primary role focuses on planning, I get to work in a variety of different roles within the team. I've set up presentations, conducted training, helped build training programs, always something new to learn and to do. Our leaders encourage us to expand our knowledge and to try new things.
Best of luck!

Hi Jessica!
There are many things that I love about my job. Firstly, I love the field I am in (sales) and the product that I sell (a world class theme park)-- I love being able to help families create unforgettable memories :). Secondly, I love the company itself that I work for, the culture is great, perks and benefits are good, and they give back to the community which is huge for me. I could literally go on about how much I love what I do, but for you-- I recommend that if you find yourself passionate about something, try it out and see if it will work out for you! When you're passionate about what you do, everything is fun!
