Rice University, where I went to school, is a top school for both women's soccer and pre-medical opportunities. Here's an article about the Division 1 Women's Soccer program - https://www.collegefactual.com/colleges/rice-university/news/top-college-2017-soccer-women/. Approximately 25% of our students graduate pre-med every year and attend top medical schools, including Baylor College of Medicine.
Of course, there are tons of universities with strong soccer programs and pre-medical opportunities. If Division 1 soccer is too competitive or is too time-consuming, look into the competitive club soccer programs at your university.

Lol I love the p.s.
So far with schools that have a decent program in both is tough to find but Texas A&M have a really good soccer program and a decently good medical program.
Good luck!
