I am super excited about the digital transformation going on at the firm. In a time where banking in -person at local branches has become obsolete due to COVID, it is imperative for firms to have strong digital capabilities when it comes to banking so that their clients are able to have access to the firm's products and services at all times. Through our intern case study, we have also worked on thinking about how we can use the digital transformation to our advantage when marketing our credit products.

Always look for the company's mission and values. Make sure that they are aligned with your mission and values. If they both aligned then probably the future of this company will also excite you. For me it is the possibility of helping and or improving people's lives
