when u handle phone calls you have to be calm and ready to handle a situation you have to answer quickly and be ready at all times you have to summarise the call be prepared for well-researched prospects u can not leave people hanging on hold they will get very frustrated make sure u answer there questions as soon as possible have a great attitude be very calm and professional and listen to their problems and be ready to answer them.
