Hi Princess! I'm not a 100% sure about this question but I know of two friends who are studying internationally here in the U.S. and I definitely think that loans are an option. I believe it would difficult to finance your education without one; however I don't know if you would receive federal aid from the country itself since you may come on a visa but there are international loans, especially if you are applying to study in the U.S. from high school or college transfer. However, the interests rates and how to get the loan may have a different criteria so be sure to really check out the fine print. I am attaching two websites below that give more information, I would analyze carefully and check with a guidance counselor or adviser at your school if you can, also if anyone has more information at CareerVillage, make sure to read their posts as well!
Best of luck!

I think Yasemin provided a great answer. In the US- Federal (government loans) are generally not available for most international students unless you fit into a very specific criteria. However, you can qualify for a private loan. In addition to the links already provided in the prior response, here is an additional link for you to consider: https://www.nerdwallet.com/blog/loans/student-loans/how-can-international-students-get-loans/
I know education can be very expensive, especially for international students that come to the US, so I wish you the best of luck in obtaining your finances!

Hello.
I actually did my 3rd year in England at Sheffield University. I did it as part of a study abroad program. I know for a fact that you won't be able to get a loan in the country as you aren't a citizen. You, of course, could get a student loan in the US.
Good Luck!!
