Public health gives you an overall view and techniques to work with large sets of data. Public health degrees are really essential at the county/state level as youre not just providing services for just a small population, youre averaging anywhere from several hundred up to a million at the state level. Public health degrees are the degrees people have that study epidemiology and work with disease prevention on a large scale.
