Hi Shira,
I would look into all human movement systems / ideas / history.
Give yourself some mini projects to write 100 words on each of these, example topics
What happens to the body when.....
5 year old's move to music
Peopling walk on hard / painful surface rocks on beach
ballet spinning
Aikido class
Strong man dead lifts
Holding a baby

There are many pathways! You can go into nursing, physical therapy, medical school, occupational therapy, the list is endless. Biomechanics is a great course to learn the way humans move and why we move certain ways. You can also get into the sports industry and be a coach, athletic trainer or strength coach.
