This is entirely a personal opinion. It's not a matter of which is better - perhaps ask yourself what job role appeals more to you or utilises your skill set more. I advise that you carry out some research on the two and create a chart to compare the similarities and differences.
I've found some information on Career Trend to get you started:
"Cardiologists specialise in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of cardiovascular disorders and diseases. Cardiac surgeons, on the other hand, specialise in the surgical correction of cardiovascular disorders and diseases. In general, cardiac surgeons operate on patients referred to them by cardiologists."

Hey Jessica,
The main difference between the two is the fact that you will be performing surgery as a cardiac surgeon. So realistically, better is really what you prefer.
