What's a better plan after graduating: find a job or a paid internship?
In the field I want to go into, experience is key. My thought is that I might set myself up better for a job down the road if I take a paid internship to really learn the ropes. But it could be just as beneficial to find a job that will train me as I go! #internships #hiring

You didn't say what field you're interested in. Some fields have particular expectations about internships; ask people you know in your field about that.
In most cases, if you have a choice, in your field, between a permanent job and a temporary internship, you should take the job. It's a better deal. A "paid internship" will look no different on your resume from a temporary "job" two years from now. The only reason to take a "paid internship" in place of a "job" is the internship's prestige and resume value.
Ask yourself this: when I am applying for jobs after the internship, will it have WOW value on my resume? Will it help me get the interview and the job?
If not, take the "job" and get going on your career.

You should take internships during your schooling. Then you would have some work experience by the time you graduate. If you have not, you might need to settle for an internship after graduation because you don't have any experience. This internship mostly turn into a long term job or enable you to get one.
