There are several great things happening here! You are starting a new journey of discovery and learning.
First things, first; you need to learn about farming. There are some on line courses that include certification, business planning and sales; but I don't know what your situation is.
Another option that may be a better for you is volunteering at local organization.
You should also do as much research as possible to prepare for your opportunity.
I hope this helps

How do you know your marketing approach works unless you can sell it? How can you sell without marketing it? The best in this field do both, think two sides of the same coin to making a human connection. A common mistake marketing mistake is to think it is all about talking and promoting/talking. For sales, it is to think it is about closing a deal. The truth is the best think marketing as farming and sales as hunting, it is all part of the same excessive of growing value.

If you want to own a farm, then learning how to do farming will be crucial. I would focus on that first. Marketing is a big field with a lot of specializations. Depending on your type of farm you'll need different skills. For a small, local farm, you'll likely rely largely on word of mouth and small, local advertisements. You can even hire a part-time marketing person to create and post social media ads, set up a website, and things like that. For a larger commercial farm, you'll be a B2B company (meaning business-to-business, instead of business-to-consumer), and marketing becomes a little different. It will involve a lot of networking, getting to know other farmers, buyers, forming relationships, work like that.
I think learning about farming is most important so you can set it up and run it correctly. After that, general business knowledge will be key - how to set budgets, hire employees, any legal considerations, learning your country's regulations around farming and food, things like that. Basic marketing skills will be part of that learning. If you get to a point where you need specialized marketing skill, you can hire it out. Don't let it get in the way of running your business.

At starting i am trying to start it as a small and B2C as CEA(controlled environment agriculture) is costly and going through B2B the cost of the product will be alot higher and its not good for business, can you please tell me how to approach a CEA firm for job as an asst grower, as i keep getting rejected because of lack of experience.
