Hi Tanish,

Good to see your enthusiasm to study in abroad.

I can share my view on few countries to consider for studying abroad.

Germany - Not suggestable when preferring CS field
Canada - Good option to consider when looking to settle abroad
USA - Good option to consider for Masters, but expensive for Bachelors.
Singapore - Good to consider
Australia - Good to consider, but the jobs in Software field are not so high
Newzealand - Good to consider if you are planning to do MBA in future and settle there
France - Expensive
Norway - Study is free but cost of living is high
Sweden/Netherlands/Ireland - Good to consider if you are looking to settle in Europe
India - Good option if you can crack IIT/NIT/BITS/IIIT Hyderabad/Amrita Coimbatore and few top notch colleges
Latin American countries - Not a good option to consider for CS field.

If you are planning to settle abroad then Canada, European countries is a good option to look for Permanent Residence (PR) or Citizenship

Disclaimer : Its just my personal opinion.

Zach’s Answer

If you are looking to go abroad, one of the least expensive, yet beautiful countries I have been to is Bali, Indonesia. There is so much to do and living can be very nice depending where you go. There is so much culture (and awesome waves if you like to surf)! On top of that, I have heard there are nice places to stay that are not expensive in Portugal, Mexico, and Costa Rica.

I'm not sure how many CS programs there are in these locations, however, in these times, it seems like you may be able to take classes virtually from anywhere in the world!
