Hi Shabhana, my apologies for not replying to you sooner. Are you in a position that you will be able to attend a school/ college to study about color theory, textiles, patternmaking/ draping, how clothes should fit someone, etc? Do you already know how to sew? I'm sure that there is a lot of information on the web. Are there any clothing manufacturers, near where you live, whereby you could get an entry level position/ internship to see how things work/ what goes on behind the scenes of how clothing gets to be hanging on the racks in a store? Becoming a designer is the creative side- following trends of what's being seen in Europe. There are many places to get inspiration- high couture, architecture, nature, just by looking at the world around you. Say, a polo shirt- it's a basic silhouette, but it can take on a different look depending on the fabric/ color/ print that it's cut and sewn in. I hope that my reply has helped a bit. Good luck

To be a fashion designer, you will need to have a good eye for colour and shape. You’ll need skills such as pattern-cutting and sewing. You’ll also need to able to spot trends.
You will usually need a relevant higher education qualification, such as a foundation degree, HND or degree to be a fashion designer. A course that teaches both design and technical skills will give you the practical knowledge that you need to work in the industry.
