Juan’s Answer
Hi Daniela! As a medical student I can tell you that being in medical school is one of the most amazing experiences, but at the same time is one of the most challenging times. You will have access to the best knowledge, and every day will be full of experiences that will feel surreal, I say this because you are learning things that will help someone in the future and even save their life. I think is one of the most amazing experiences but one of the most challenging as well. If you are going through it I wish you the best, and if you are thinking about going into medical school I will totally encourage you if this is something that you really like.

Estelle’s Answer
The first two years of medical school can be very very difficult and challenging because students are studying and learning vast amounts of information, so the first two years were not my favorites. However, as soon as third year started, I truly began to enjoy medical school. Getting to interview and examine patients, work in the hospital, draw blood/start IV's, and really be involved in patient care was like lighting the fire for my love of medicine and my job. I have been a gynecologic surgeon for 30 years, and I still look forward to going to work every day.
Good luck to you!
