Best places to look for financial aid?
I've got a situation in my family where there is no extra money to go towards my college education, yet I don't qualify for any FAFSA aid either. What are some places I can look to get aid? #finance

Before you spend anymore money, or get any loans, ask yourself why you are going to college? Are you going because your degree is required for your field (Medical, law, teaching) or are you going because that is what is expected of you to do after high school?
I am an advocate for education, but not at the expense of taking loans out to pay for an education that isn't needed in the first place. Always remember that experience in a field is way more valued than a degree from ANY university. If finishing college isn't in the finances right now, don't sweat it! Go find a full time job and start getting some good experience in the work force. That is ALWAYS appreciated more than an education. Anyone that tells you otherwise is lying.
I worked for a company that paid for my tuition, and believe it or not, there are thousands of companies nationwide that offer the same perks! Find a position with a company that offer tuition reimbursement and have them pay your way through college while getting great work experience! It took me 7 years to get a degree, but I have 7 years more experience in finance and no student loan debt!! It can be done and is well worth it.
Best of luck!
