Tennessee requires 22 credits to graduate high school. This will include:
4 credits in Math
4 credits in English
3 credits in Science
3 credits in Social Science (U.S. History, World History, Government, Economics, etc.)
0.5 credit in Personal Finance
1.5 credits in Physical Education and Wellness
2 credits in Foreign Language
1 credits in Fine Arts
3 credits in Elective Focus
Remember that your grades count from the first day of high school. Good luck in high school!

Definitely reference Marini’s answer. I would say that as long as you are progressing and taking the proper number of classes each year you should be fine. I highly suggest reaching out to your guidance counselor or academic advisor about the school and state specific requirements. Typically a school will have a seminar or assembly when it comes time to select courses for the upcoming year. If you don't feel comfortable with that, reach out to a teacher or coach that you feel you can talk to and ask them how/who you should go about figuring that out. Good luck!
