This is the time in your life to dive into the subjects of math, chemistry and biology. Don’t wait until medical school, to start reading medical school books. Go to a medical school book store. That’s what I did. The first book I ever read, came from a medical school book store.
Watch medical shows! Untold stories of the ER is a wonderful way to get an idea of what it’s like to be a doctor. Have your mom watch it with you if you can. Any real life medical show is a good start.
Once you get near to graduating high school, start subscribing to medical magazines.

Hello Kamil!
What a wonderful way to help others :). Much like David's answer, I would also suggest starting out with reading medical books or watching medical shows. That's awesome that you have a passion! I would also suggest if your local doctors office or hospital has volunteer positions, that you try and pick up a few shifts there. I am not in the medical field but typically if you find something that interests you, it helps to volunteer and get a little hands on experience if you can-- not only does that build your resume, but it also gives you some exposure to solidify if you want to go down that specific path.
Good luck!

Hi Kamil,
There are a few things that you can do to learn even more about the field. I would say shadow as many doctors as possible whenever you get the chance, volunteer at the hospital or a clinic if you can, watch youtube videos of medical students and doctors to see what the life is like and how to succeed on that path, start thinking about science courses, and continue to work towards being a doctor because you can do it!

That is great thinking. this is one of the best and respected profession you can aspire to become. Apart from working hard you must persevere to achieve your dream. you should be able to blend extracurricular activities with studies and still make good grades. is an interesting path you have chosen, take it one step at a time

Kamil,
Please work really hard in school. Take your classes seriously. Learning to study well and pay attention will pay off. To get into medical school, you will need to get great grades in high school and college. Each step will set the foundation for the next.
Good luck!
