Good day,
As far as i'm concerned, i think the most fulfilling career is dependent of each and every person. I love my current job, it's challenging and it's not something in which you find yourself doing the same thing over and over again. So that's me, i find challenging environment to be the most fulfilling.
Another person might prefer creativity over challenge. Coding all day might look fulfilling to another person...etc.
I would suggest for you to understand what you really want to do with your life, the field that interest you the most, and go for it. All in !!
Hope this helps :)
Cheers,

The Japanese have a wonderful concept called Ikigai. It's defined as your "reason for being" and it's the thing that makes you jump out of bed in the morning raring to go. Ikigai is found when you are able to find something that answers these four questions:
1. What you love
2. What you are good at
3. What you can be paid for
4. What the world needs
Ikigai is something that may take time to find. From my personal experience, I would recommend trying different things, even within a career. I have worked in various roles in IT from Consulting to Architecture and I even did a stint in Project Management. Eventually, you realize what you are good at, what you love, what you can be paid for and what the world needs. That then leads you to choose the career that is fulfilling. Remember that a career is a journey and as with any journey, you can always choose your own path.
All the best!

As Mark Twain said: “Find a job you enjoy doing, and you will never have to work a day in your life”. Finding a career is not an easy path but I am positive that once you find your “passion” you will know what you want to do.
One recommendation that I have to you, is to don’t have money as your principal motivator, you can make money doing whatever makes you happy. You need to think in which skills you already have, which skill you need to improve, what opportunities exist and what you love to do. Discovering your “Passion” is not a quick process, you will need to try different activities until you found something that fulfills your expectations.
One thing that helped me, is to have a mentor in the field you are interested, they can explain you the pros and cons of the career they selected. Also, you can ask guidance to your School Counsellor or make a vocational test, just to have an idea about your preferences.
