Did you know that there are more then 100 million businesses in the United States?
and many of them are international consortiums. Once you understand the larger concept of business, finances, operations, technology and marketing,
you will fit in any business like you would fit in any house.

The question will still remain... What kind of house, and what kind of business.
It really is true, any place would need a good business manager, business leader.
It not doing the work, it knowing how the work needs to be done. And manage a group ( from 2 to 50,000) of people to do it,

STUDY, but only those things that you LOOOOOOOOVVVVEEE doing. Whatever it is, delve right into it and start doing it, don't wait.
The opportunity becomes available after about 6 to 8 years. 4 to get your bachelors degree, 1 to travel the world and do fun things
and then 3 more to learn from the (older) master business woman or man.

What do you love? Animals and wildlife? Restaurants and Food? Vacations? Hospitals? Airplanes and Airports? Clothes? Ice cream and chocolate? Cakes,? Hamburgers?
All are run by a business manager. Everything you see around you, is done by people, and all of those people have a manager that handles their work.

Rebecca’s Answer

The fundamental question here is what your vision / expectation on your career path. The MBA course offer the student training of becoming an entrepreneur or senior executives of large corporates.

Is this what you would like to develop your career? It is really a pain if you have to work on a sector that you are not interested on. Bear in mind you may spend 8-10 hours everyday working on the job.

I would suggest you doing more research and ask yourself what career you would like to start with first. The mode of MBA cirrcumlum is usually delivered with ample discussions and case study. It is more beneficial to take the MBA degree after you complete your undergraduate degree for a few year and have some working experience.

Hope this helps!

Briony’s Answer

I personally found that my Master's Degree opened doors for me in a huge way.

I had completed an undergraduate degree and had 2+ years of work experience at a small business I was still working at but either wanted to work in marketing or strategy in a larger corporation that had more opportunities to grow and work internationally or start my own business.

I couldn't get into any of the roles at the larger companies I wanted to work at and didn't feel I had the knowledge to adequately start a business myself so went back to school and did my MBA.

From there I was able to get into a large consulting firm working on digital strategy (a role I previously couldn't get) and had several other opportunities available across a wide range of industries. I found that doing an MBA gives you the flexibility to choose a company or area you are passionate about and find a role within that business.
