Having completed 10th std, You can complete your 12th with Science subjects Physics Chemistry,Mathematics CS or Electronics . Working hard and scoring high in 12th Board exam as well as clearing entrance examination opening the doors to get into any Government or Private Engineering Colleges. This is really great question. You can complete 12th grade and then when you apply for college make sure to college is offering robotic major or offer this program. You can also major in electrical engineering and then for master program you can go to college where they have this program. Robotoc is very cool and I wish you can pursue further.
