How do I get a higher ACT score?

There are 4 sections in ACT. Science, math, Reading, and writing. So if you excel in reading and writing and score near perfect scores of 36, then your composite score can be 32+ even if you score less in science and math.

Doing well on the ACT is not easy and often, even if you know the answers, you need to build time management skills. Certain classes or tutors will help you prepare test taking strategies in advance that might be helpful – maybe look into those options!
