There is no perfect time to start working as professional because everyone has their own journey and there is no set timeline, but for those fields it does depend on what you wish to do because you can go into research, teaching, or continuing your education and get a PhD in those fields.

In addition to studying these subjects that will prepare you for a professional career, you may want to explore volunteering in some aspect of the field, perhaps in school lab or a medical office or similar surrounding. It will also look good on your resume.
