Can financial aid cover living expenses in america?

I am from a developing country Pakistan , and i am financially disadvantaged but i am good at studies. i need to know this information in order to apply for american universities. #financial-aid

Yes, usually financial aid covers living cost too. It depends on the university you are trying to get into. Start from their website and find out what all scholarships they have. Some of them usually cover living cost.

Hi, Maryam! That's a great question! Financial aid will typically cover living expenses. There are different forms of funding. There are grants, which the government will give to you and you don't have to pay it back. There also are loans, which you will have to pay back. Both will afford you the opportunity to get extra money to help pay for your costs of living. I wish you the best of luck!
