Gajanan’s Answer

Hello
If you want to become a lecturer then you need to qualify the entrance test of UGC which is National Eligibility test and once if you qualify this test and complete process with good score then you do not need to go for any other course and to get assistance in your final selection you may go for B.Ed and D.Ed also because both are from educational stream and you will get preference in your selection if you complete these course but for B.Ed you need to have an experience of at least 2 years in relevant field so that you should start preparation for NET Test and try to qualify this test at once and to apply for it you have enough qualification means you have completed your master's degree but you should have at least 55% marks in MBA.

Best of luck for your future...

Teaching/Lecturer is a very exciting Career
While there are classical ways of clearing exams and going for a govt job as suggested by Gajanan

if you are really passionate and want to test your skills, start with playing the role of a teacher lecturer in smaller avenues and see how you perform. It's like testing yourself and see do you excel in there and if there are any additional skills you need

In the current digital world, there are a ton of online avenues like Courseera , Udemy and several others where you can take some free courses to see what is teaching about and understand how people are leveraging the platforms, and you can offer your own training on these platforms.

Also, one of the best site to find generic information is quora, if you want to teach people, go and answer some questions on Quora, related to the area you want to teach and you also find answers from others on this platform
