What are some classes i can take at a community college to help me prepare myself for a four year college and major in Pediatrics?

I am a junior in high school and I am looking to find out information regarding pediatrics and what classes to take. I will most likely be going to a community college first and then transfer to an university.

Dear Nesha
Going to a community college is a great choice both to save money and to get yourself ready for a college experience. You should take required courses first. Get them over with. You should take biology and do very well so you can take more advanced courses when you get to your college. It would seem to me that the best thing you can do to spend your money wisely is to use the community college experience to get the basics done so that you take the more advanced courses later. However, you may find that taking Organic Chemistry at the community college would be a good choice as it tends to be very hard and very difficult to do when you have a full load of college courses. Many people take it over a summer so they can concentrate on the course without other distractions.

It is likely that your community college will have advisors who can help you plan your years there wisely. You might want to make an appointment with an advisor now to help you think out the future.

To save money I would do as many classes that are required for your degree. You will need English,Writing,College Math depending on the degree. also reading,a psychology class, communication classes that are considered pre req. classes.
