Hello Carlee,

NICU nurses are definitely in demand right now, just as there are in just about every hospital position. Luckily we become RNs first, and we can really apply just about anywhere! However, if you're truly interested in the NICU there are many ways to stand out in an interview process to obtain that dream job!

Yes as very few good nicu nurses are there specially in the Covid situation.Beinga father , I would certainly say so incase you choose the field , you are the future,
