When people go into therapy there's often the stigma that there is something wrong etc. Sometimes that isn't the case. Not every individual that goes into therapy is broken or dealing with issues. Also there are many different kinds of therapy, such as art, speech, cognitive etc. All mental disorders and diseases are very crucial and serious in which should be treated with care and no labels. Everyone has a story, and every story is interesting and important. As for the last question the level of dramatic isn't determine because you can't say whether they or lying or not. Everyone handles emotion differently which is totally acceptable.

Hi Heather - no such thing as a "cool psychopath." We are all damaged in one way or another. What makes life worth living is 1) how you handle your own issues; 2) who you blame; and 3) how you move forward. Psychology is a fascinating subject. Take some courses. Learn a little. There is so much more to life than labels.
