I couldn't find any specific statistics but according to https://study.com/plastic_surgeon_education.html#:~:text=Plastic%20surgeons%20must%20go%20through,degree%2C%20which%20lasts%204%20years. it takes ~17 years after high school to become a plastic surgeon.
So that would put the starting age around 35. Depending on the state, they then have to retire between 65-70. So I'd guess the avg. would be ~50.
