Generally, between $80k and $130k, but this is very depending on where you live and work, and what kind of setting you practice in. Hospital-based midwives tend to make more as they work for larger institutions with higher birth volumes, whereas home birth and birth center midwives makes less because they spend more time with each client but catch fewer babies.

https://www.texasmidwives.com/texasmidwives_thetwotypesofmidwives.asp outlines the training and certification requirements in Texas.
According to https://www.careerexplorer.com/careers/midwife/salary/texas/ and https://www.payscale.com/research/US/Job=Midwife/Salary the range is from $30k to over $100k.
This huge range depends on training and certification. To get to the high end of the salary scale you'll likely need to have a Master Degree and be a Certified Nurse Midwives (CNM).
