Many jobs related to the juvenile justice system will be found in government. It could be city, county, state or federal. Some websites to take a look at:
https://www.usajobs.gov/ and https://www.justice.gov/careers for federal government jobs
https://www.criminaljustice.ny.gov/employment.htm and https://statejobs.ny.gov/public/vacancyTable.cfm for New York state government jobs
Another way to learn about careers is to connect with a professional organization that is related to the industry. For example, for forensic psychology you could go to https://www.myiacfp.org/ and also https://www.apadivisions.org/division-41 You can join as a student member and meet people (virtually right now) who do the work you are interested in. Here is a link to some webinars about corrections work: https://www.apls-students.org/webinars.html
Detention centers also publicize their job openings. You can find those jobs on the big online job boards like indeed.com, simplyhired.com, glassdoor.com.
