What hospital in Texas would be the best to do an internship at?

I am asking to clarify what would be the best hospital to work at prior to me graduating from college, and opening my own hospital. #nurse #pediatric-nursing #nursing-education #medical-assisting

Vernon’s Answer

Baylor Scott and White in Temple, TX is the largest and most diverse health care provider in the state. Go to their website and find what you need. My personal health care (3-time cancer survivor) has been through them and I couldn't be happier.

Estelle’s Answer

The first question is what size hospital are you interested in opening. If you are looking to serve a small rural community, then an internship at a small hospital would be valuable because you are more likely to many more of the components involved in running a hospital. If you want to be involved in a larger institution, then visit one of the hospital networks such as Baylor in Dallas which has satellite hospitals throughout the Dallas metroplex.
