I think the salary of a RN depends on the education level and certifications. In addition, it highly depends on the experience the person has as it is a practical job and one has to invest many hours in it to excel.

Nursing salaries depend on the area you live in and your qualifications; LVN (Licensed vocational nurse), RN (Registered Nurse), BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing). A good search to try would be to search "Nurse" in Indeed for the area you are looking at, visit jobs, and look at starting salaries that are listed.
