I'd start by looking at these type of jobs https://www.indeed.com/q-Cold-Warehouse-jobs.html?vjk=a7d0b186a63a4df2 to see what qualification they're looking for. Once you have some warehouse or logistics experience then you could looking into specializing in seafood.

Alternatively, you could start at your local supermarket to see what skills they want for seafood handlers.
