Based on https://www.faa.gov/jobs/students/schools/media/air-traffic-cti-schools.pdf only Kent State https://www.kent.edu/cae/aeronautics-bs in Ohio has a FAA approved program.
Graduates of the AT-CTI program are eligible to bypass the Air Traffic Basics Course, which is the first five weeks of qualification training at the FAA Academy in Oklahoma City. Students must successfully complete all required training at the FAA Academy https://www.faa.gov/about/office_org/headquarters_offices/arc/programs/academy/tech_training/ama500.cfm to continue employment with FAA.
It is possible to get into the FAA training program https://www.faa.gov/jobs/career_fields/aviation_careers/ without attending a AT-CTI program, but it may still be a significant advantage.
