I think at one time or another we all have this same feeling.  I also know all challenges we face are not the same.  With that said I set a goal to do better than I did yesterday.  I strive to make progress each day and by doing so I have been able to reach, and more importantly, surpass the goals I have set for myself.  Sometimes that progress can be painfully slow but the important thing to remember is that it is progress.  If I quit, I will never know how far I can go.

Everyone feels like quitting sometimes. But those who persist are always better off. The key is to hang in there. Sometimes we get discouraged because we focus too much on comparing ourself to others or unrealistic expectations instead of focusing on our own personal growth and goals.. Learning is not a race and your best effort is always good enough. And it helps to find ways to enjoy learning. Taking a schoolwork break is one way to keep yourself from getting overwhelmed, but reward yourself with a mini break AFTER you get sections of work done.
Another area of learning has to do with what is called social and emotional learning. This has to do with things like being responsible through showing up to school and being on time, getting along with people, and being able to communicate through active listening and of course, not giving up!

Hello. I think most people feel like quitting or not trying sometimes. So, the answer is yes. But I've found that anything that I've accomplished has come from NOT quitting. Sometimes you have to push through in order to get where you want to be. During my last two years of college, I worked a full-time job at the same time. It was really hard. I had to get up early for work, take classes at night, do homework on weekends. But it made getting my degree that much sweeter and helped me start my career in publishing. So, no matter what life throws your way, stay focused and believe in yourself.
