Venkata Subbarao’s Answer

I am not part of this job, however I am answering this because there is a word JOB,
If you really having interest, curiosity and passion at some work then that job doesn't get you feel hard or bore. See for example, I want to become a cricketer, it is my passion and everything, so here in the process of becoming a cricketer whatever hurdles I get, I can handle them wisely and I will take them as motivation instead of disappointment, hard & boring. And that is the way I can enjoy and may be every individual are doing on their passion.

If you are feeling a job hard which means your soul is not accepting it and if you are forcibly doing it damage you mentally. Therefore, before doing any job, don't attract, don't rush into it, just think about the job a while and analyze whether it is part of your goal and make sure you are ready to accept it.

Finally, I would say a sentence "If you are felling something hard which means you are not capable of carrying it by mentally and physically". Make yourself ready for your actions.

My degree is in Pastries, I happen to love it.. so to me it definitely isn’t hard. However it takes a lot of time and patience. Pastries aren’t just a fast cook and done. There is an Art in just the begging steps
