There are several job sites like https://www.indeed.com/q-Hunting-Ranch-jobs.html?vjk=d9534c2caaa5d896 and https://www.ranchwork.com/jcategory/hunting-ranch-jobs/ where you can explore ranch jobs.
You'll need to get a job in that field to learn the ins & outs of that business and work your way up to manage the ranch. While you're doing that, you'll need to save money for a down payment on your own farm. Hopefully, having a down payment and relevant work experience will enable you to get a loan to buy a ranch.

I had a deer farm for about 9 years and it is quite involved. States have different regulations around fencing, tb and cwd testing. My suggestion is to try finding licensed deer farms in your state as they have to be licensed (look up cervid farms) and volunteer to help. Owners always need help with feeding, animal maintenance and will give you real insight into what it takes. From there try and find large commercial farms who are looking to have someone manage their operations. You might even get lucky and your volunteer opportunity turn into a job offer or a recommendation. The most rewarding times are when babies are born and often are bottlefed, and when antlers are growing rapidly in summer and seem to grow visibly almost each day. You will learn about genetics, stress, nutrition and health of the animals you are responsible for. Best Wishes on your journey.
Find a deer farm by looking for state licensed cervid licensed facilities
Contact the owner and volunteer to gain experience.
Get a recommendation from your facility
Reach out to licensed facilities to find opportunities.
