When evaluating colleges I look for certain things:
1. Are they affiliated with my professional groups (APTA for example for PT in the US).
2. What is their graduation rate.
3. How long does it take to graduate.
4. Does the focus match the focus you want. I know a lot of PTs and they have different styles, which may or may not match with what you are looking for.
5. Review the professors, is there a good blend of long term and new professors? You want fresh ideas and people who have had a lot of experience to mentor you.
Good luck!

A great school with a PT program is Rockhurst University in Kansas City, MO. They have an amazing PT program and a lot of options for early admit as an undergraduate.
